Dough from Dough Pizza is our little family run, rugby crazed pizza place situated in the heart of Gloucester. Formerly known as "Hooker & Eight" the restaurant was opened in 2019.
Our menu has been tailor made to suit the local taste buds & all of the pizzas are made with our delicious 36 hour slow fermented dough. Cooked at 450°C, the pizza has a slightly longer cook than most pizza places which boasts a blistered crust with a crispier base. Don't panic vegan & gluten free options are available.
